3. Do not visit if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. Simply call and reschedule your appointment once you are feeling better.

4. Bring your T slips and applicable receipts (rent/property tax/medical receipts etc.), and if possible, print off the information sheet at the bottom of this page.

5. Only arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A volunteer will greet you outside and direct you to a station.

6. Fill out the information form (if you hadn’t printed it off and completed already) and it will be reviewed to ensure all necessary info is included.

7. Leave the package with the volunteer who will forward it to someone to be processed and e-filed.

Once e-filed to CRA, your summary will be printed, and all your documents will be mailed back to you through Canada Post, likely within 2-3 weeks.
